On Thursday, John Paterson students were able to participate in a Touch-A-Truck event complete with a fire truck, monster trucks, and more! The construction at John Wallace is moving right along! The duct work has finished up in Wings 3 and 4, and the ceilings will be closing up in the next two weeks. Primer is already on the walls, but most finishes will also begin next week, such as the floor and wall tile in the bathrooms! Lockers will be installed the first week of December, with furniture expected to arrive by December 15th. We can't wait for students to be in the finished wings after winter break!

Ali McKeown, Culinary Arts teacher at NHS, shared the cake that our NHS Culinary Program produced for the Marine's 250th anniversary. She says, "Producing an item of this scale has its challenges, which made it a great learning opportunity for our students. I'm incredibly proud of the perseverance and hard work that students demonstrated. A huge shoutout to my intern, Chase Lafond, who came in early and put in extra time to help with the cake."
